One of the original "Rosie's" from WWII, Dell Ogle worked in the ship yards to support the war efforts. Later she became a Registered Nurse. She was a proud member of the Mayflower Society as a descendant from Governor William Bradford and passenger Isaac Allerton. She was extremely active in the John Sutter Chapter of The D.A.R., a member of Colonial Dames, the National Society Magna Charta Dames and Barons, along with many other numerous civic organizations. She was pre-deceased in 1957 by her husband Edgar H. Ogle.
