FRANK BRENKE
Funeral services for FRANK BRENKE, the well known Cotton Belt employee, who died Monday, were conducted this morning from St. Joseph's Catholic Church by the Rev Father J. Norton. The church was crowded by friends of the family and members of various fraternal and secret orders in which the deceased held membership. The floral offerings were many and beautiful.
The machine shop at the Cotton Belt shop was closed down while the workers attended the funeral. Members of the Machinists' Union, the A.O.U.W. and Knights of Columbus marched from the home to the church.
The pallbearers were Honorary--A.W. Lehman, Emil Voss, Oscar Kesler, Frank Warriner, John Matz, Chris Rannenberg, E. Darroux, and Mr. Wms Baner of Little Rock. Active-- Ed Brenan, A. Darroux, A. Karter, John Dellmon, E.J. Redding, A.C. Brimer, F.P. King and J. Frank Franey.
Mr. Brenke was a member of the Pine Bluff K. of C. and a member of Andrew's Branch number 79 C.K. of A. He had been a member of the C.K. of A. for the past twenty-eight years.
The deceased is survived by seven sons and three daughters.
One of the sons is now at Subiaco studying for the priest-hood.
