She married Frank Brenke in 1882 Effingham Ill, and moved to Pine Bluff around 1900. Together they raised ten children.
Mrs Brenke was a member of St Joseph's Catholic Church, a charter member of the Altar Society of that church, and a charter member of the Catholic Daughters of America, Pine Bluff Ark.
All of her children survive her, seven sons, Frank Henry, Joseph Ferdinand, John Bernard, Anthony Albinus, Henry Joseph, Charles George & Edward Alfonse Brenke; three daughters, Pauline [Harry] Whelan, Louise [Robert] Langston-Clardy-Schooler & Mary [Arthur] Arnold.
