Charles married Modrea "Maude" Hoyne and they had sons Temple Hoyne Buell and Charles Clinton Buell, Jr and twin daughters Frances and Maude. Unfortunately, Maude died as an infant. Charles was a thirty-second degree Mason and a Shriner.
