Myrtle E. Fredrich, age 91, a former Manitowoc resident, died Thursday evening, February 15, 2007, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton.
She was born October 2, 1915, in Brillion, daughter of the late Edward and Ida (Prochnow) Schwabe. On January 27, 1934, she married Earl Fredrich in Brillion. He preceded her in death on September 6, 1958.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law: Kenneth and Florence Fredrich, East Dundee, Illinois; James and Donna Fredrich, Hilbert; and special friends, Hank and Mabel Fischer, Brillion. Also surviving are eleven grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by a son, Eugene Fredrich; a daughter and son-in-law, Virginia and Howard Bratz, and two brothers: Earl and Elmer Swabe.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, February 19, 2007, at First German Evangelical Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. Officiating at the service will be the Rev.
David Rosenow with burial at Zion Evergreen Cemetery, Reedsville.
The family will greet relatives and friends at First German Evangelical Lutheran Church, Manitowoc, from 9:30 a.m. Monday, February 19, 2007, until the time of service at 11 a.m. The Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
