J.W. ANDREW
Whitewright - Graveside services for J.W. Andrew, 80-year-old retired sheet metal worker of Whitewright, were held Saturday in Pilot Grove Cemetery. He died Friday at Wilson N. Jones Hospital in Sherman.
The Rev. Rodney Stanford officiated.
Arrangements were by Earnheart Funeral Home in Whitewright.
Mr. Andrew was born in Pilot Grove, the son of James Campbell Andrew and Maude Elizabeth Williams Andrew. On July 18, 1936, he married Captola Conner in Pilot Grove.
He had been employed by Ling-Temco-Vaught in Grand Prairie for 26 years, and was a member of the church of Christ.
Surviving are his wife; son, Connie Andrew of Whitewright; daughter, Joan West of Currituk, N.C.; brother, Less Andrew of Sherman; sister, Frances McCormack of McKinney; and three grandchildren.
