Peacefully at Arbour Heights on Wednesday August 29, 2012. Predeceased by her beloved husband Gordon and her chersihed granddaughter Katie Graham. Loving mother of Kelly Graham (Bill Ellerbeck), and Mary Galliah (Larry Rees). Dear grandmother of Brad Galliah (Natalie), Richelle Cartwright (Adam), John Hudson (Nikki ), and Megan Graham (Fred), and great-grandchildren Ben, Cora, Quinn, and Trent. Sister of Timothy (Ginny), Donald (Claudine), Mary Veale (the late Ted) and Howard (Wendy). Missed my many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Township Chapel of the Gordon F. Tompkins Funeral Homes 435 Davis Drive (Taylor-Kidd at Centennial) on Thursday between the hours of 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at St. Paul the Apostle Church at 1 p.m. Rite of Committal with prayers to follow at St. Mary`s Cemetery. For those wishing, memorial donations may be made to Trillium Gift of Life Network, a charity that is very meaningful to the family as Connie`s granddaughter Katie was a donor. The family wish to express their thanks to the staff at Arbour Heights Nursing Home (Smuggler`s Cove) for the wonderful care that Connie received.
