Helen was born November 11, 1946 in Phillipsburg, NJ; a daughter of the late Robert and the late Emma F. Hoffman Vanderbilt.

Helen Vanderbilt was the gr-granddaughter of
Catherine J. Margeson Vanderbilt (1876-1941)
who was the sister of my gr-grandmother
Laura A. Margeson Lear (1878-1948)
which made us 5th cousins.
Though I did not know Helen personally,
I respectfully honor her memory with this
memorial since she was a relative of mine.
