Mr. Hal Damuth died of natural causes at his home in Logan. He was 82 years old. Parents were Theo & Jennie Gourley Damuth who moved to Horseshoe Hills when Hal was an infant. Graduated from Manhattan HS & lived his life in Gallatin Valley. Worked for: Manhattan Elevator & North Pacific RR in Logan, the CA Ranch. Police Chief of Manhattan and local brand inspector from 1973-1986. Chute Boss for MRA rodeos, Mike Quinn Rodeos & supporter of the Three Forks Rodeo. 50 Year member of Manhattan Masonic Lodge #59.
He is survived by his wife, Ethel Thomson, son Butch, daughter Sally, daughter in law (wife of Dean) Sandie.
