MRS. SHERIDAN DIES SUDDENLY OF HEART ATTACK

Mrs. Rose M. Sheridan, 67 Aurbun Ave, died suddenly of a heart attack in the back yard of her home yesterday afternoon.

She was found in her yard by the son of William Snay, her neighbor. The boy was attracted to the scene by the barking of the dog. The Shelby Fire Department was called in the hopes they might give artificial respiration, but her death was instant.

She was born in New Washington, May 15, 1896 and had been a resident of this community 40 years. She was a member of Most Pure Heart of Mary Church and the Altar and Rosary Society of the church.

Surviving are eight daughters; Mrs. James Thompson, Mrs. Robert White, Mrs. Roger Adams, Mrs. John Love and Mrs. Rebel Cornett, all of Shelby; Barbara, at home; Mrs. George Kraus of Mansfield and Mrs. Richard Snader of Ashland; three sons, Robert of Shelby, Charles of Chicago and Donald of Lomita, California; 17 grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Fred Sheridan of Shelby.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph in May of 1956 and one brother.

Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 10:30 o'clock from the Most Pure Heart of Mary Church, the Rev. Michael A. McFadden officiating. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
