Leona Margarethe Kral, 77 of Princeton, MN died Friday, May 13, 2011 at North Memorial Hospital from injuries received in an automobile accident. Leona was born April 21, 1934 to Theodore and Helen (Schuler) Eisenbraun in Creighton, SD. She attended country school in South Dakota until 1947 when she moved to Princeton with her parents and siblings. She continued her education in Princeton. Leona married Elton Peterson on September 21, 1952. The couple had three children: Jerry, Julie and Joan. Leona was a very loving and proud mother. Leona worked at Crossroads Café in Elk River, MN Fingerhut Manufacturing and the Arcadian Supper Club both in Princeton. In 1962 she made the decision to become a full time homemaker to her family. Leona was a dedicated and hard worker in all that she did. On August 10, 1984 she married Wesley "Wes" Kral. The couple enjoyed spending time with their large blended family, going to garage sales looking for baby sleepers, onesies and receiving blankets. They would work their magic to make them look like new and then donate them to a Mission group at Trinity Lutheran Church for families in need. Leona was a very active, kind, gentle, soft spoken, gracious and stylish woman. She was a creative and talented person who was able to take something aged and restore it to a new like condition.
