Mrs. Lizzie Cornwell, aged 87, of Augusta, died in a Carlisle Nursing home Sunday, April 25.
She is survived by two sons, Lonnie Cornwell of Monette, Ark., and Bill Cornwell of Augusta; one daughter, Mrs. Cora Booker of Bradford; 14 grandchildren and 114 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Church of God of Prophecy by Rev. D. M. Shultz.
Burial was in White Church Cemetery by Powell Funeral Service.
Pallbearers were Harvey Ivens, N. H. Bell, Johnny McCabe, Ike Hunter, Bill Tyree, and James Fowler.
