BURGOYNE, ROSS (1917-2007) - Ross Burgoyne of North View, NB passed away at Tobique Valley Hospital on the morning of October 20, 2007. Born in North View on May 16, 1917, he was the son of the late Ernest and Arena (Beach) Burgoyne. Ross leaves behind his daughter, Lola (Edward) Bell of North View; his sisters, Hazel MacQueen of Three Brooks, Vera Kennard of Alberta, Norma Larlee of British Columbia; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Evelyn Burgoyne (Hathaway); sisters, Lottie Harrison and Hattie Green; and brother, Bruce Burgoyne. Resting at Tobique Chapel in Plaster Rock with visitation on Monday 2 to 3 pm. Funeral service will be held on Monday, October 22, 2007 at 3 pm from the Tobique Chapel. Rev. Lorne Freake officiating. Interment will be in Three Brooks Cemetery. For those who wish, donations to the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
