Archie Moulton Andrews Jr., 90, a resident of Baywoods of Annapolis for seven years and previously of Grasonville, died of natural causes Jan. 3, 2010 at the Arbor at Baywoods.

Mr. Andrews was born July 29, 1919, in Greenwich, Conn.

He was preceded in death by two spouses, Margaret Jones and Mildred Smith; a son, Peter Andrews; and siblings, John C. Andrews, Barbara Andrews, David Andrews and Robert Andrews.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Conley Andrews, whom he married Sept. 30, 1989; his children, Archie M. Andrews III of Burke, Va. and Duncan Andrews of Wellesley, Mass.; siblings, Eleanor Morano, Charlotte A. Griggs and F. Benjamin Andrews; six stepdaughters; four stepsons; 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 7 at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Greenwich, Conn. Interment in Putnam/St. Mary's Cemetery in Greenwich. A memorial reception will be held at Baywoods of Annapolis at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Hospice of the Chesapeake.
