John Andrade, age 90, of So. Chicago Heights, passed away Dec. 7, 2005 at his home. John is survived by his 2 sons Michael (Linda) of So. Chicago Heights, and Victor (Rebecca) Andrade of Nobelsville, IN., 2 daughters Carmelita (Timothy) Leifheit of Bristol, IL and Teri (Richard) Howatt of Dyer, In. 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, and 2 sisters, Frances (late Anthony) Gayton of Las Vegas and Pauline (late John) Andrade of Crown Point, IN and his former wife Aurora Andrade of So. Chicago Heights. A funeral mass will be held Saturday Dec. 10th at 10:30 am at St. Liborius Church 35th St. and Halsted Blvd., Steger, IL. Visitation Friday Dec. 9th from 2:00 till 9:00 pm at the Smits Funeral Homes-Steger Memorial Chapel 3045 Chicago Rd. Steger, IL. Interment at Assumption Cemetery, Glenwood, IL. John was a Staff Sergeant in the Army during W.W. II.
