Gertrude Boudoin Boyne, a native of Cutoff and a resident of Bayou Vista passed away, Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at the age of 88.
Gertrude was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Gertrude leaves to cherish her memory three daughters, Sandra Boyne of Carthage, TX, Mary Harrell and her husband, Chris, of Katy, TX, and Elizabeth Leon and her husband, Ricky, of Bayou Vista, LA; two brothers, Nathan Boudoin and his wife, Dorothy, of Aransas Pass , TX, and Anthony Boudoin of Bayou Vista; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carol J. Boyne Sr.; two sons, Carrol J. Boyne Jr. and Willard J. Boyne; and a granddaughter, Laura Harrell.
The family requests that visitation be observed Friday, February 21, 2014 from 5pm to 9pm with a Rosary Service at 5 pm and on Saturday, February 22, 2014 from 9 am to 10 am at Hargrave Funeral Home. Services for Gertrude will take place Saturday, at February 22, 2014 at 10 am at Hargrave Funeral Home with Gertrude being laid to rest in the Berwick Mausoleum.
