Ellen Carbullido Butaud, 64, a native of Agana, Guam, and a resident of Charenton died, Monday, March 22, 2010 at the Franklin Foundation Hospital at 4:32 a.m.

Mrs. Ellen is survived by her husband, Orien Butaud; one daughter,: Charlene Martin and her husband, Mark; six step daughters, Michelle Dillard, Melinda Butaud, Matilda Butaud, Melissa Curtis and her husband, Mark, Kim Cook and her husband, Rickey, and Yvette Butaud; five sisters, Mary Anderson, Rosita Quintanilla, Dorothy Manibusan, Frances Williams, and Elizabeth Rodriguez; twenty one grandchildren, Joaquin Thompson, Charmel Laviolette and her husband, Derick, Melvin Thompson and his wife, Leann, Barron Bowie Jr., Markala Martin, Jordan Dillard, Blaine Butaud, John Rojas, Cheyenne Rojas, Josh Rojas, Marylou Rojas, Jeremiah Rojas, Isaiah Rojas, Keishalynn Salas, Anthony Salas, Christian Curtis, Benedicto Paulino II, Rikkiann Cook, Rihanna Cook, Nicholas Butaud, and Devin Butaud and one great grand daughter, Nasiah Thompson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joaquin Pangelinan Carbullido, and Rosa Rivera Carbullido; five brothers, Joaquin Carbullido, Edward Carbullido, Benjamin Carbullido, Henry Carbullido, and Alvin Carbullido; one sister, Katherine Hollems, and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family requests that visitation be observed on Friday, March 26, 2010 from 6pm to 9pm at Ibert's Mortuary in Franklin. Visitation will resume on Saturday, March 27th from 9am until time of services at Ibert's.

Funeral services for Mrs. Ellen will be held on Saturday, March 27th at 12 noon at Ibert's. Burial will follow in the Chitimacha Mausoleum. Pastor Sheron Steward will officiate the services.
