Preceded in death by wife, Monetta R. Alford.

Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Tom Scott; grandsons, Steven Scott and Andrew Scott all of Brentwood, TN.

Graveside services will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 19, 1998 at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.... Honorary Pallbearers: Mr. Alford's Sunday School Class—Good News Bible Class..... Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Hwy. 100.
