Paul Adams, 57, of Elyria, passed away Sunday, January 13, 2013 in Coldwater, Michigan, following a sudden illness. He was born August 19, 1955 in Elyria and was an Elyria resident for most of his life.
Paul was self employed, concentrating in the area of sales for the past 30 years. He was a 1973 Elyria High School graduate and enjoyed playing golf and horseback riding.
Survivors include his daughter, Erica Adams of Grafton; son, Paul Adams of Cincinnati; mother, Pauline (nee Bougioukle) Adams; brothers, Andy Settas and Harry Adams, both of Elyria and John Adams of Willoughby Hills; numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Adams.
The family will receive friends Monday, January 21, 2013 from 4 to 7 P.M. at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt. 57), Elyria, where Trisayion Services will be conducted at 6:45 P.M. Service will be Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at 10:30 A.M. in the funeral home. The Rev. Fr. Michael Gulgas, Pastor of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, will officiate.
Burial will be at Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria.
