Waldo Acheson
Services for Waldo Acheson, 70, Wooster Road, Millersburg, who died Sunday morning at Pomerene Hospital in Millersburg, with the Rev Ralph Hollingsworth officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Millersburg.
Mr Acheson was born April 20, 1898, in Guernsey County, a son of James and Etta Little Acheson, He was married on April 5, 1922, to Millie Wheland, who survives.
He had been employed by the Ohio Power Company for 45 years and was manager of the Millersburg office for 14 years prior to his retirement in May of 1963.
He was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Coshocton and the Chapter and Council, and the First United Methodist Church of Millersburg.
In additon to his widow, he is survived by one brother, Carson Acheson, of Byesville, two grandsons and one granddaughter. Friends may call at the funeral home Tuedsay afternoon and evening.
