Mr Acampora was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, He is survived by his son, William Curbow, and six grandchildren and eight great grandchidren. As well as fourteen siblings. He was a chef, who served in the armed forces and fought in WWII. He was a member of the first graduating class of the Culinary Institute of America, and then later, an instructor there. He is very sadly missed.
