Mrs. ELIZABETH "LIZZIE" (SASSER) HINES was the daughter of Jake Sasser and Mrs. Caroline (Browder) Sasser.

She was the wife of Henry Hines whom she married on August 4, 1897 in Cass County, Texas.

Their known children were ---

Lucille Hines
Robena Hines
Myrtle Hines
Henry Hines
Anna Hines
Frank E. Hines

Lizzie preceded her husband in death.

Upon her passing, she was laid to rest on January 10, 1943 on the grounds of Whitaker Cemetery.

Burial arrangements were managed by undertaker W.F. Garmon.

Their son, Mirt Hines, was the informant on the death certificate.

- By 1910, 7 children were born to their marriage. Sadly, two of their children, whose names are yet to be known, passed away before the spring of 1910 and did not grow into adulthood.
