Born Jan. 23, 1928, in Swifton, Jackson County, Arkansas he was the son of Walter and Victoria Means Adams. He had lived in South Haven since 1973 and was a retired construction worker.
He was preceded in death by two brothers; three sisters; and a grandson.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley Cadek Adams, whom he married Jan. 27, 1973, in Wichita, Kansas.; a daughter, Helen Colona of Wichita; and two sons, Luther Adams and wife Donna, and Ron Adams, all of Stanwood, Washington.; five grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Harold's remains will be cremated and a memorial service will be held July 18, 2013 at the Czechoslovakian Cemetery near Caldwell, Kans.
Memorials may be made to Rivercross Hospice or the Friendship Meals .
