JEFFERSON - Funeral services for Charlotte Baugh, 63, formerly of Jefferson and Winnsboro, will be 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 3, 2007, at Haggard-Heaster Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Jimmy Stripland and Elder J.E. Phillips officiating. Burial will be in Prospect Cemetery near Jefferson under the direction of Haggard-Heaster Funeral Home. Mrs. Baugh died Friday, Aug. 31, 2007, in Longview. She was born Feb. 26, 1944, in Shreveport, La., to Charlene Alexander Stanley and Marvin Stanley. Mrs. Baugh was a member of Fellowship Primitive Baptist Church in East Mountain. She worked at the Jefferson Independent School District as a bus driver, and later worked in the cafeteria at the Spring Hill schools. Survivors include her husband, Garland Baugh of Pittsburg; daughter, Theresa Phillips of Winnsboro; two grandchildren; step-sons, Terry Baugh of Pittsburg and Rodney Baugh of Mount Pleasant; four step-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandsons.
