Burial in Ibert's Memorial Park Cemetery.
Survivors include his three children, Bannon and his fiancé Sadi Thompson, Slade, and Hailey Lightsey; his mother, Liz Simmons and her husband Jesse of Winter Haven, FL; his father, Bill Lightsey and his wife Linda of Patterson; four siblings, Allen Lightsey of Clarksdale, MS, Stephanie Dearman of Mclain, MS, Jamye Pisani and her husband Michael of Metairie, and Kimberly DeHart and her husband Harris of Patterson; his maternal grandparents, Eva and Jerry Caples of Lyon, MS; as well as many other loving family members.
