Vieva Tucker Hines, 94, a native of Raywood, TX., and a resident of Patterson died, Thursday, July 1, 2010 at the Patterson Health Care Center.
Vieva is survived by her daughter, Harriet Folse of Morgan City; two grandchildren, Mark Folse, and Laurie Dalton of Morgan City; and four great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Hines; her son, F.P. Weaver; her father, William Tucker; her mother, Hattie Belle McClenna Tucker; and two sisters.
The family requests that visitation be observed on Saturday, July 3, 2010 from 1 pm to 2 p.m. at Ibert's Mortuary in Patterson.
Services for Mrs. Vieva will be held at 2 p.m. at Ibert's with burial following in the Ibert's Memorial Park Cemetery.
