Allie Brummett Newby Boyne, 81, a native of Childress, TX and a resident of Patterson since 1952, passed away Thursday, July 23, 2009, at 10:25 a.m. in Patterson.
Mrs. Boyne is survived by one son, Fred Leroy Newby of Bayou Vista; one daughter, Nancy Newby Metrejean of Amelia; one sister, Nancy Ann Crossman of Patterson; one grandchild, Connor Metrejean of Pierre Part; three stepchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Boyne, Jr., her parents, Beauna Vista Brummett and Vada Alma Williams Brummett; one brother, Rev. Leonard James Brummett; one sister, Willie Nell Parnell; and one stepdaughter.
Burial will follow in Ibert's Memorial Park
