Passed away peacefully at the Cowichan District Hospital with his family by his side. Lovingly remembered by his family: wife Cecilia; daughter Noelene; son Owen and his fiancee Jan; granddaughter Bryanna; brother Robert; sister Cecilia; stepson Matthew, as well as numerous other family and friends. Neville worked tirelessly for the Cowichan Valley Special Olympics and was shop steward for CUPE. A Celebration of Neville's life will be held at St. John's Anglican Church, 486 Jubilee St., Duncan, B.C., on Tuesday, January 7, at 10:00 a.m. The Reverend Glyn Easson officiating. A reception to follow in the Church Hall. Interment in Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens, Cedar, B.C. Flowers gratefully declined. If so desired, memorial remembrances may be made in Neville's memory to the Cowichan Valley Special Olympics, Box 20058, Duncan, B.C. V9L 5H1.
