Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 30, 2013, at 2:00 PM at Ibert's Mortuary in Franklin for Bart Martin Barrilleaux, Sr., 48, a native of Franklin and a resident of Broussard, who passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2013, at Franklin Foundation Hospital. He will be laid to rest in the Presbyterian Cemetery in Centerville. Bishop Chris Wilson will officiate the services.
Survivors include his mother, Martha Clement Barrilleaux; his son, Bart M. Barrilleaux, Jr.; his daughter, Kelli Barrilleaux; his companion, Michel Dorris; his brother, Bodie Barrilleaux and his wife Regan; his sister, Elizabeth "Beth" Barrilleaux and her companion Cara Thompson; and a granddaughter, Ari Layne.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Brian A. Barrilleaux; and grandparents, Moise and Florence Stansbury Clement.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Wednesday at Ibert's Mortuary from 11:00 AM until time of service at 2:00 PM.
