William Paul Bolinsky
William Paul "Busey" Bolinsky, 89, of Stroudsburg, died Tuesday, Dec. 22, at Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg. He was the husband of the late Freida E. (Neiswender) Bolinsky, who died April 23, 2009.

Born on April 7, 1920, in Nuremburg, he was a son of the late Geneva (Angle) Michael and lived in Monroe County since 1957, moving from the Hazleton area. He worked for Hickory Valley Farms in Stroud Township and retired from the former Jolley's Auto in Stroud Township.

A veteran of World War II and Korea, he proudly served in the United States Army.

He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Stroudsburg and the George N. Kemp Post 346 American Legion, East Stroudsburg for more than 50 years.

He is survived by four daughters, Mary Bruck and her husband, Calvin, of Tannersville, Beverly Treible and her husband, Terry, of Saylorsburg, Gloria Treible and her husband, Douglas, of Saylorsburg and Betty Abbe and her husband, Gregory, of Texas; eight grandchildren, William Keiper and his wife, Kathleen, Cory Bruck, Chad Treible and his wife, Sarah, Crystal Treible, Richard Fisher, Jennifer Thornburgh, Heather Reese and her husband, Christopher, and Amber Cunningham and her husband, Ricky; 10 great-grandchildren, Abbie Bird, Brandon Engroff, Chelsea Treible, Katelyn Treible, Dawson Thornburgh, Elizabeth Abbe, Orianna Fisher, Margaret Jones, Christopher Reese and Emilee Cunningham; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Bonnie Kay Bolinsky; a grandson, Michael Treible; and two brothers, Bernard Carter and Charles Michael.

There will be a viewing from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 28, at the William H. Clark Funeral Home, 1003 Main St., Stroudsburg. The funeral service will begin at 10:30 a.m. Monday, at the funeral home with the Rev. Gail H. Kees officiating. Graveside services with military honors will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Brandonville Cemetery, Brandonville.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial remembrances be made to the George N. Kemp Post 346 American Legion, 201 E. Fifth St., East Stroudsburg, PA 18301, or St. John's Lutheran Church, 9 N. Ninth St., Stroudsburg, PA 18360.
