RICHARD BOSAVAGE
Richard Bosavage, 71, a guest at Trinity Mission of Shenandoah Heights passed away late Monday evening. A former resident of Mahanoy CIty, he had been a guest of the center for several years.
Richard was born in Wlliam Penn on October 20, 1937, the son of the late Lawrence and Mary (Rada) Bosavage.
He was a graduate of the West Mahanoy Township High School class of 1955, and worked construction for the Bell Telephone Company,
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Richard and Robert., and a grandson Michael John Kowker, Jr., in 2002.
Richard is survived by a daughter, Alicia, wife of Michael Kowker and their two daughters, Alexandra and Kaitlin, all of Frackville.
Richard is also survived by a brother, Larry Bosavage and his wife, Marlene of Ringtown. He is also survived by his former wife, Phyliss Layton Bosavage, of Frackville. A Memorial Service will be held at the Stauffer-Breznik Funeral Home,412 West Main Street, Ringtown at 11 AM on Friday, August 28th. Relatives and friends are invited to call Friday morning from 9-11 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Brandonville Union Cemetery immediately following the service.
