            Death of Mrs. Ida C. Alles
    Mrs. Ida C. Alles, wife of Jacob F. Alles, and a lifelong and esteemed resident of this city, died yesterday afternoon in Mercy Hospital, following an illness of complications.
    Mrs. Alles was a devout member of St. Nicholas church. Mrs. Alles was active in various societies being affiliated with the Ladies' Aid Society and Woman's Sodality, of St. Nicholas Church, Catholic Woman's League and Woman's Relief Corps.
    Surviving are her husband and the following children: Fred, Mayme, Mrs. Joseph Funk, George; also six grandchildren, a brother, Louis L. Helfrich, city, and sisters, Sister Candida of the Holy Name Convent, Danville; Mrs. J. F. Fries, Reading and Mrs. George Kraft, city.
    The funeral will be held from the home of her son, George, 15 Birch street, city, on Monday morning at 9 o'clock. A high mass of requiem will be celebrated in St. Nicholas church at 9:30. Interment will be in the family plot in St. Nicholas cemetery on Darling street.
