Born in Shenandoah, Sept. 16, 1928, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Ellen Boxter.
Alberta was a member of the former St. George Roman Catholic Church, Shenandoah.
She was a graduate of West Mahanoy Township High School.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert J. Anastosky Sr., in 2011; and a brother, Edward Boxter.
Surviving are a son, Albert J. Anastosky Jr., Shenandoah; two daughters, Ellen Thompson and her husband, Mark, Montrose, and Barbara S. Cuff, Frackville; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were held in Our Lady of Dawn Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights, officiated by Monsignor Ronald Bocian. Oravitz Home for Funerals Inc., 40 N. Jardin St., Shenandoah, had charge of arrangements.
