She was born on Dec. 31, 1918 at Clinton, SC a daughter of the late William Cyrus Bailey and Marion Fleming Bailey. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband- John Buchanan Adams, Sr.
She is survived by her daughters- Florence Adams Perrow and Catherine Adams; one son- John B. Adams, Jr.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 2 at 11:00 AM at Grace Episcopal Church, The Plains, VA. Interment will be private.
