Dorothy H. Steibler, 90, of Mahanoy City, passed away Friday morning at Orwigsburg Center.
Born in the village of Trenton, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Helen Stetz Kershetsky.
She was a 1943 graduate of Mahanoy City High School and worked as a homemaker.
She was a member of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Roman Catholic Church, a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary of BPOE 695, both of Mahanoy City, and also a member of the TPA.
Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, were her husband, John V. Steibler; and a brother, Joseph.
Survivors include a son, John D. Steibler and his wife, Nancy, Barnesville; a daughter, Jackie DeAngelo and her husband, Joseph, Coaldale; three sisters, Natalie Gabuzda and Eleanor Shelakes, both of Mahanoy City, and Rosellen Blue, Hialeah, Fla.; four grandsons, Jake Steibler and Anthony, John and Michael DeAngelo; nieces and nephews.
