Edna Mae Griffen, 45, of Lambert, died of cancer on Tuesday, October 10, 2000, at Northwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center in Clarksdale.
Services were at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 14, at Sykes Chapel Church with the pastor, Rev. Lloyd Johnson, officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Delta Burial Funeral Home of Marks had charge.
Mrs. Giffin, a former employee of Barth Manufacturing of Marks, was born December 5, 1954 in Lambert. She was a member of Sykes Chapel Church and a graduate of Quitman County High School.
Survivors include her parents, Melissa Griffin and Robert Griffin, Sr.; two daughters, Vickie Terry and Tiffany Griffin; four sisters, Sandra Brown, Cynthia Robertson, Patrecia Collins and Earnestine Smith; and four brothers, Andrew McCray, Robert Griffin, Jr., Willie Griffin and Irishy Griffin, all of Lambert.
