Ralph Bridges, 83, of Doniphan died Friday October 5, 2012, at Benchmark Nursing Home in Greenville, MO.

Mr. Bridges was born July 18, 1929 to the late William and Stella (Sisco) Bridges.

He was a decorated veteran in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed working in the woods and was a self-employed logger and an avid hunter and fisherman.

He married Edith White, she preceded him in death on June 19, 1979.

Survivors include, four daughters Janie Fulton, Libby Clark of Piedmont, Tammy Cannon and April McKnight both of Doniphan; two sons Tim Bridges & Dale Bridges both of Doniphan; three sisters Louise Switzer & Maxine Leonard both of Doniphan, and Esther Giddens of Pacific, MO. 14 grandchildren and 10 Great-grandchildren.

Mr. Bridges was preceded in death by his parents, two sons Dean Bridges and Jerry Bridges, two brothers Leamon & Norman Bridges, one sister Eula Mae Gillespie and three grandchildren.

Burial will be in Pope Chapel Cemetery.
