Bert Henry Allen Dies at Paradise (MT)
Paradise - Bert Henry Allen, 87 (age 76), resident of Paradise, died suddenly at his home Wednesday evening.
Mr. Allen was born Dec. 1, 1881. He was married to Kate Baugh at Billings May 1, 1918. Mr. Allen is survived by his widow, Kate; a son, Henry Bonner (MT); a stepson, Ben Billings (MT); four daughters, Mrs. Margaret Dufresne, Milltown (MT), Mrs. Grace Schroeder, Shepherd (MT), Mrs. Ethel Alexander, Seattle (WA) and Mrs Clara Mercer, Basin, Wyo., 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Paradise Community Church with the Rev. Olah Moore of Thompson Falls officiating. Burial will be in Plains Cemetery under the direction of the Shrider Mortuary.
