Doris E. Abersold, 65, of 1704 Scandia Rd., Warren, Pa., died on Tuesday, June 13, 2006 at Saint Vincent Hospital in Erie, Pa. Doris was born September 24, 1940, in Warren, Pa., the daughter of the late Leroy and Dorothy Head Gregory. Mrs. Abersold was a waitress at several Warren restaurants, including the Ponderosa Restaurant from 1988 - 1997. She also enjoyed gardening and animals. She is survived by two daughters, Tina Cooper, Warren, and Stephany Heist, Coatsville, Pa.; a son, Joseph Abersold, Erie, Pa.; a brother, William "Butch" Gregory, Erie Pa.; two sisters, Martha Schuley, Ocala, Fla., and Delores Roberts, Sugar Grove, Pa.; three grandsons; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clark W. Abersold, whom she married on December 15, 1979, who died on May 8, 2005; and a granddaughter, Amanda Frederick.
