She is survived her daughters, Reita Jacobson of Kennesaw, Patty Crisler of Marietta.
Sons, Wayne Adams of Lithia Springs, Tim Adams of Atlanta, Sisters, Doris Smith of LaFayette, Lillie Dale of Centre, Al, Helen Conway of Trion, Jeanette Penrod of Trion, Josie Ramey of LaFayette, 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, many neices and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband Fulmer P. Adams and her sister Imogene Sharp and 2 Grandchildren.
JoAnn retired, after 32 years of dedicated service, from Mead Packaging where she was an inspector.
She enjoyed sewing, knitting and quilting.
She was a longtime member of the Canaan Fellowship Baptist Church where served as communications secretary.
