Judith was born September 28, 1944 in Youngstown to parents; Raymond L. and Edna Mae (Ludwick) Evans.
Judith married David R. Ballenger on January 1, 1965 and together they had two beautiful daughters.
Judith was a foster parent, and a devoted mother, wife and Christian. She was a member of Corner House Christian Church in Hubbard. Judith had worked as a clerk at Family Bible Book store in Girard. She belong to the National Assoication of Women Gymnastic Judges, and was a pianist and organist for Four Miles Run Church and New Hope Christian Church.
Judith will be greatly missed by her husband; David, daughters; Bobbie Ballenger, Naples, FL., Lisa (Bill) Wells, Stoneville, NC., brothers; Paul (Cindy) Evans, Lordstown, Raymond (Mary) Evans, Fredericksburg, VA., grandchildren; Caleb, Isaac, Abigail, Lydia, Hannah, Adah, Phoebe, Nathanael and Malachi, six grand-puppies; Landon, Peanuts, Casey, Sunshine, Simba and Leo, plus many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents and sister; Edna Mae Evans.
Interment will be held at Kerr Cemetery.
