NILES - Bonnie J. Baniecki, 83, passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at 8:47 am at Trumbull Memorial Hospital following a brief illness.

She was born in Akron on May 29, 1928 the daughter of Charles E. and Carmina E. (Croft) McGlinchey and lived in this community most of her life.

She retired in the early 1990's from Niles Manufacturing, she also worked for 30 years at Valley Fabricating. She was of the Catholic Faith and was a fan of the Niles McKinley High School Marching Band, Cleveland Indians and Browns. In her younger years, she enjoyed horseback riding and later in life bowling, playing cards and bingo.

Bonnie is survived by two daughters, Loretta Baniecki of Niles, Patricia (Michael) Rios of Niles; two sons, Vincent J. (Darlene Siler) Baniecki of Rootstown, Jerome J. (Cathy) Baniecki of Rootstown; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brother, Patrick McGlinchey of Niles.

She was preceded in death by a infant son, Joseph John Baniecki and a sister, Margaret Carroll.

Burial will be in Kerr Cemetery.
