STUMPY POINT - Caddie Belle McKinney Gray, 80, died Thursday, April 30, in a Chesapeake, Va. hospital. Mrs. Gray, born in Hyde County, was a homemaker and a member of the Congregational Holiness Church.

She was the daughter of the late Will and Susan Neal McKinney and the widow of William E. Gray.

Mrs. Gray is survived by two daughters: Kathryn Carawan of Stumpy Point and Martha Gray of Manteo; four sons: Jack Gray of Chesapeake, Va., Gilbert Gray, James Gray and William Gray, all of Strumpy Point; 21 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be held at the Shiloh Methodist Church, Stumpy Point, today at 3 p.m. with the Rev. M.E. Edwards and the Rev. Dwight Burrus officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Twiford Colony Chapel, Manteo, is in charge of arrangements.
