Mrs. Hazel Valentine Adams 89 was called to her heavenly home December 9, 2016 at Forsyth Medical Center, Winston Salem, NC. She was born in Surry County April 03, 1927 to the late George Washington Valentine and Luella Joyce Valentine. She leaves to cherish her memory three daughters Jewel Adams Hauser and Deborah (Diane) Adams Moore all of Mount Airy, NC; Juanita Adams of Bristol VA; one son Ceib Michael Adams of Fort Worth, TX; 16 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. With a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Ceib Adams. Two sons Eric and Leo Adams; three sisters Ethel Valentine; Rowena Pearson and Dorothy J. Smith; two brothers Harvey and Grady Valentine. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday December 16, 2016 at 12:30 at Triumphant Pentecostal Church, 183 Marshall Farm Rd. Mount Airy, NC Bishop Marvin Lockett will be the eulogist and burial will follow in the Skyline Memory Gardens, Mount Airy, NC. Family will receive friends from 12:00noon until 12:30 prior to the funeral service. Spencer Funeral Directors are in charge of all services and arrangements.
