2/17/2019 -rec'd from contributor 47320165 indicates this is William Blousier even though surname spelling on stone is with an "a" rather than an "o".
SVR transcribes BOTH stones for this person.

WILLIAM BLOUSHIER AKA JOHN ANDERSON-
Allegedly the son of James and Rebecca Anderson. There is a John Anderson of similar age living in Dillsburg, York County, Pennsylvania, in the 1860 census, although it is not certain this is the same man. A laborer by trade, he stood 5'7" tall and had black hair and hazel eyes.

A Civil War veteran, he enlisted as "John Anderson" in Newport, Perry County, December 14, 1863, he mustered into federal service at Harrisburg December 17, 1863 as a private with Co. H, 47th Pennsylvania Infantry, and was honorably discharged by a general order on September 26, 1865.

He also served as "William Bloushier" with the post-war army with Co. F, 21st U.S. Infantry. No service records were found, possibly due to a misspelling of his surname.

It appears that his birth name was Anderson, although that is unverified. His pension file would possibly reveal the reason for his name change.
Per contributor 51416449 information it is stated he used the name of John Anderson being he was too young to join at first but it is not supported.

Note that a John Anderson buried in Perry County has been misidentified as this man. Rec'd 4/13/2020 from contributor 47232334.
