ABATANTUNO-Vincent J. Sr., age 81, on October 23, 2005. Vincent served in the military during WWII, he was a retired Union Carpenter and county employee and longtime resident of Levittown. Survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Mary Agnes. Devoted father of Mary (James) McGowan and Vincent Jr. (Debbie). Cherished grandfather of James and Stacey. Dear brother of Anna Manzella and Frances Peterson. To live in the hearts we leave behind is not to die. A life that touches the life of others goes on forever. Someday we will share eternal happiness in heaven with you. Reposing at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Bethpage Funeral Home, 20 Hicksville Road (1 mile north of SS Pkwy, exit 29). Funeral service, Thursday, 12:30 PM. Entombment St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, LI. Visiting Tuesday and Wednesday, 2-4:30 and 7-9:30 PM.
