After a courageous battle with cancer, Kriss Andrew Allen, 49, of Midland, was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, July 21, 2010. Kriss was born June 10, 1961, in Midland, to Ernest and Bonnie (Klingbail) Allen. He was an employee with the State of Michigan, Department of Management and Budget. He was mechanically inclined, having worked with his father at Allen Machine Works, and was a licensed builder.
Kriss was an avid hunter and fisherman. He especially enjoyed mushrooming and spending time with his family at their cottage on Clear Lake.
Interment to take place in Homer Township Cemetery.
