Lorine (Varner) Albee was one of 11 children born to Charles and Ilda (Hockemeyer) Albee on January 18, 1925. She grew up on the family farm in Midland, Michigan.
She married Keith Albee on October 19, 1946 and they were happily married for 57 years before he passed away in January of 2004. Lorine was a lifelong member of the St. John's Lutheran Church including membership in the Ladies Aid Society and member of the North Homer Juniors Study group. She owned and ran a catering business in Midland, Michigan where she was well known for her delicious dinners. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, and winters that she spent with Keith in Arizona.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by one brother Leo Varner and one sister Dorothy Woodruff and a baby daughter Susan Marie Albee.
