GRAHAM, ELSIE, 84, of North Miami Beach, formerly of Clearwater, died Wednesday (Aug. 9, 2006) at Hebrew Home of North Dade, North Miami Beach. She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and came here from Miami in 2004, and returned to Miami in 2005. She worked 20 years as a bookkeeper for Miami Beach City Hall. She was active in current affairs and served as president of the Senior Academy of Barrington Terrace, Largo. She was Jewish. She enjoyed dancing, playing bingo, and watching movies. Survivors include two sons, Ronald Natter, Miami, and Frank Natter, Clearwater; two sisters; and six grandchildren. Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home, Clearwater.
