LEHMAN, WILBUR E., 79, of Clearwater, died Thursday (March 11, 2004) at Morton Plant Hospital. He was born in Clinton, Mo., and came here in 1949 from Kansas City, Mo. He was a mechanical tool designer and worked for E-Systems and nine years part time for Nielsen Media Research, Dunedin. He was an Army veteran of World War II and served at the Battle of the Bulge. He was Methodist and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was active at the Clearwater Senior Center. Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Helen; two sons, David, Orlando, and Gary, Clearwater; two daughters, Vicki Lehman, Charlotte, N.C., and Carol Wright, Thatcher, Ariz.; a sister, Gerry Brown, Tuscaloosa, Ala.; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
